THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Specializing in natural, short, and long nails, I offer both soft gel polish and regular polish. Soft gel, cured under LED/UV light, can last up to 10 days-2-3 weeks and be removed with 100% pure acetone. The duration may vary depending on your natural nail growth and lifestyle.

• I specialize exclusively in natural nails; services don't include acrylics, extensions, refill, hard gel, or dip powder, and I don't remove any of these products.

• For soft gel removal, try booking it separately. If you encounter any issues or can't book it, feel free to mention it during the nail service booking.

• Prices are not fixed; they may increase if the service duration goes beyond the booked time. Also, if a client requests a service but it takes a shorter time or a simpler version than what they booked, they will still be charged for the booked service.

• If any issues occur with the nail service, please notify me within 7 days and send a picture. I'm committed to fixing any concerns promptly.

• No refunds for services or deposits.

• A $50 deposit is required immediately upon booking. Text a deposit pic for confirmation (address info) and design discussion. Without the deposit, your appointment will be canceled.

• Bring a plus one only if they have a booked appointment before or after yours.

• Cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior; cancellations incur a $50 fee.

• Remember, the deposit is non-refundable, so be sure about your appointment. No-shows without communication won't be accepted for future bookings.

• Timeliness is crucial to avoid disruptions. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to providing excellent nail service.
